The universal SYBR Green qPCR master mix, antibody-based is ready-to-use 2x concentrated solution for quantitative PCR by the SYBR Green I chimeric fluorescence method. Except DNA template and primers, the 2x universal SYBR Green qPCR master mix, antibody-based contains all other components for qPCR, including dNTP/dUTP mix, MgCl2, reaction buffer, antibody-based hot start Taq DNA polymerase at optimal concentrations for consistent and efficient PCR amplification. For a 20 ul reaction, simply add 10 ul of 2x universal SYBR Green qPCR master mix, antibody-based to specific primers, DNA template, and water.

Using the Taq DNA polymerase specific antibodies, the universal SYBR Green qPCR master mix gains the advantages of high specificity, high detection sensitivity, and high amplification yield. Combined with the optimal buffer optimized for qPCR and the specific promoting factors, the universal SYBR Green qPCR master mix greatly improves the qPCR amplification yield, with an ultra-high plateau value, and is suitable for qPCR amplification with high specificity and sensitivity. The universal SYBR Green qPCR master mix, antibody-based contains a unique ROX Reference Dye that is suitable for all qPCR instruments. The concentration of ROX does not need to be adjusted on different instruments.
