This WB blocking solution is designed to block non-specific binding of antibodies to Western Blot (WB) membranes. This proprietary formulated blocker is a non-casein and non-milk based solution that effectively blocks non-specific binding rapidly and effectively resulting in clear background, increased contrast and enhanced signal intensity. This solution can also be used in ELISA, IHC and other detection system where blocking of non-specific antibody binding is needed. This blocking solution does not contain detergent and Tris base (Trizma).
