This kit is designed to isolate single cells from fresh/formaldehyde-fixed animal tissues (including tumor tissues), in less than 15 minutes. Tissue can be dissociated to single cells for FACS, DNA/RNA/protein extraction or other cellular component isolation. This kit can process 10 ~ 60 mg animal tissues pre reaction. The isolation is non-sterile. This product is for research use only. |

This Tissue (Tumor) Dissociation / Single Cell Isolation Kit is designed to isolate single cells from fresh/formaldehyde-fixed animal tissues, in less than 10 minutes. The tissue dissociation / disaggregation buffers are formulated to gently disaggregate animal tissues. The buffers don’t contain any proteinases that may have adverse effects on cell surface marker detection.
